Are you looking for a safe space to work from?
Depot 30 is available to rent for half days or full days. Located privately in Derwent Park. The space is small and cosy with one room set up as a dedicated massage room and the other with a bed and lounge area. Bathroom with washer and dryer and a kitchenette .There is a video doorbell to view visitors prior to opening the door and panic alarm located in the venue. There is a security company located to the rear of the building that are on site quite often and they are aware and available if you need any support or help when they are around. Parking available in the car park at the rear of the building, this is for you only and not client parking.
Current rental times and prices are as follows.
9am - 12am $250 ( Book 9am on the booking window )
RATES ARE FOR ONE WORKER> TWO WORKERS ARE DOUBLE RENT.
You are free to come and go during your rental time, arrive late or leave early. Do not exceed your rental time. The key must be left in the key safe when you are leaving for any reason to prevent loss. The times you work, services you offer and how you advertise is completely up to you, Depot 30 is strictly a short term rental. Key safe code provided in booking confirmation email.
Supplies are included in rental price: Candles - Towels - Sheets / Bedding - Cleaning products - Soap / Shampoo / Conditioner - Tissues - Tea / Coffee / Milk - Massage Oil - Air fresheners - Washing powder / Fabric Softener - Hand Sanitiser - WIFI - TV
Mini Bar items available at a replacement cost.
Self cleaning is required to a high standard. This includes bedding and towels. Please read cleaning tips located onsite.
This venue is strictly adults only, no children or pets allowed on site at any time.
Damage, Theft or Failure to clean will result in a permanent ban and will be reported to the police.

Rental bookings can be cancelled or changed up to 48 hours Prior to arrival. No refund within 48 hours, change may be available for another day within the week.
